However, we did not find any match results to the company name or the license number in SVG FSA. Besides, SVG FSA does not regulate forex activities.

NIMBLE also claims it is a UK-based firm and it is registered in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) under company number: 12222222. We indeed find a match result to NIMBLE in CH, but CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.
