Trader Resolves Dispute with DBinvesting Following BrokersView's Exposure of Withdrawal Concerns

BrokersView assists trader in resolving withdrawal concerns with DBinvesting

On May 13, BrokersView exposed a case in which DBinvesting cited "unauthorized bots trading" as the reason for rejecting a client’s withdrawal request, following the client’s allegations of broker fraud in his complaint. One day later, the complainant provided an update, confirming the successful resolution of the dispute and expressing gratitude for our support and assistance.

 

After we received the trader’s complaint on May 2, we conveyed the complaint to DBinvesting via email while seeking further details from the trader. However, DBinvesting did not respond. 

 

Following our exposure of the incident, DBinvesting responded, providing additional context. The broker explained that the client deposited a total of $1,326 and successfully withdrew $2,710. According to DBinvesting, the issue did not stem from the withdrawal of legitimate funds but from the cancellation of rebates amounting to $1,891.21.

Regarding the rebate cancellation, DBinvesting stated that the rebates were generated using an autoclicker bot on both the client’s trading account and the IB (Introducing Broker) account, both of which were controlled by the same individual, which violated their platform’s fair use and rebate abuse policies.

 

According to a screenshot of the transaction record previously provided by the trader, the amount withdrawn indeed totaled $2,710. The rejected amount was $3,218, potentially influenced by rebates that were unreasonably generated, as DBinvesting clarified.

Due to the lack of further transparency and unclear communication between the trader and DBinvesting, we cannot fully verify the details. However, we are pleased to hear that the trader’s issue has been resolved.

 

Despite DBinvesting’s emphasis that they uphold ethical business practices even under offshore jurisdiction, we continue to remind the public to exercise caution when dealing with offshore brokers.
