SC Added ACY Securities to Its Investor Alert List
The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has added ACY Securities to its "Investor Alert List", directing the entity to cease and desist from undertaking all activities in relation to unlicensed investment advice.

According to the release, ACY Securities is carrying on regulated capital market activities of dealing in securities but without a licence from the SC.
BrokersView suggests Malaysian clients take care of your funds as the company is not authorized to operate under Malaysian jurisdiction.
Note: ACY Securities is registered and authorized by the ASIC( license no. 403863) and the VFSC( license no. 12868).
