Regulator's Warning: Malaysia SC Flags 8 Unauthorized Entities in September

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated its September Investor Alert List which contains the list of unauthorized websites, investment products, companies, and individuals. 

The following persons/entities were added to the list in September:

• BXtreme Markets
• Vebson
• Potential clone entity – Creador (WhatsApp)
• Potential clone entity – AxiTrader / Smart2returns
• Bursa Saham KL Trader
• Potential clone entity - Apex Anchor Capital
• FMG Group Empire Sdn Bhd (1494719-V)
• StockPro Sphere

Malaysia SC updates the list periodically for the public’s reference, but it notes that this list is not exhaustive and only serves as a guide to investors prior to making any investment decisions.
