Most investors, in particular beginners, are prone to ignore a broker’s service attitude when selecting a trading platform. However, the attitude towards customers will significantly affect the trading experience. Therefore, to assist investors in making an informed decision, BrokersView monthly updates the list of brokers and ranks them by complaints satisfaction. We aim to provide useful insight into how they value their clients’ opinions and the overall level of customer service they provide.
The most prevalent complaints in the month of September encompass a variety of issues. These include the inability to withdraw, fake profits, dramatic slippage, forced liquidation, and unreasonable account blocking. The list of involved brokers is provided below for reference purposes.
The nine brokers that made BrokersView’s Red List in September are all well-established and well-regulated entities, and they take customer complaints seriously and address them promptly, which justifies their ranking. Their commitment to resolving issues efficiently has helped them maintain trust and reliability among their clients.
Conversely, the nine brokers on the September Bad List have been identified as scams, facing numerous customer complaints throughout the month. Issues reported include unsuccessful withdrawals, fake profits, account freezing, and others. These brokers have ignored customer grievances and fraudulently taken money from clients. Notably, Quotex, Capital IM Limited, and MondFX have been hit with multiple complaints in September. Quotex, in particular, has maintained a 0% complaint processing satisfaction rate for months on end, highlighting its disregard for customer concerns. We strongly advise against engaging with unauthorized brokers that fail to handle customer complaints responsibly.
BrokersView would like to underscore the importance of staying informed about broker-related complaints which, along with regulatory information, can serve as helpful indicators when it comes to selecting a broker. Taking complaints into account helps reduce risks. Investors can file a complaint through BrokersView in case of any suspected violations. Acting as a third party to protect your rights at no cost, we will assist you in communicating with the broker or help you send emails to the regulator.
