On May 6, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers AMF published several websites that illegally offer crypto assets or crypto asset services in France.
The regulator emphasized that the websites on the list are not authorized by the AMF to provide services related to crypto assets.
The cryptocurrency investment websites warned by the AMF include:
capstellar.com
exchangesage.com
gateusd.com
immediatapex.com
immediateconnectavis.fr
top-business-deals.com
vatradecoin.net
web.vatradecoin.net
www.ubitex.com
The "blacklist" is available to investors through the AMF's official website, but it is not exhaustive as new unauthorized brokers continue to appear in the market.
Investors in the country wishing to confirm whether an entity is authorized to provide crypto-asset services may refer to the "white list of digital asset service providers (DASP) and crypto-asset service providers (CASP)" available on the AMF website.
The AMF is an independent public authority in France, whose role is to confirm that funds invested in financial products are protected and to provide investors with adequate information, as well as to supervise the orderly operations of the market.
