NAGA, IC Markets and Other 5 Companies are Hiring Now

In FX and CFD industry, NAGA, IC Markets, Crypto.com and other companies have announced hiring plans this week. Let us look at what jobs they’re offering and what are the requirements.

1. NAGA—Head of Affiliates

NAGA is a leading FinTech company, founded in 2015. Their vision is to give all clients the same opportunity to achieve financial freedom and claim their piece in the markets. Their team is currently expanding, and they are currently looking to hire a Head of Affiliates for their offices in Limassol.

The head will work closely with affiliates and monitor existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue, seek and develop new affiliate relationships, work closely with Growth, Sales and Marketing to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursue and so on.

2. IC Markets—Anti-Money Laundering Officer

The officer will start with the development and management of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) sign-off process for a company in Gibraltar from scratch.

In addition, he will be responsible for assisting in the development of AML/CTF initiatives and programs to comply with the respective legal, licensing, and regulatory obligations, providing assistance in preparing for impending regulatory changes or revisions to licensing structure and so on.

3. IC Markets—Executive Director (CFDs)

The key responsibilities of the new role include: design, manage and oversee the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring the appropriate policies and procedures are in place; design, manage and oversee the firm’s anti-money laundering framework; monitor and develop conduct and risk frameworks and so on.

The candidate must be with substantial and broad-based knowledge and experience in financial regulations and anti-money laundering compliance, 5-10 or more years of relevant compliance experience, extensive CASS experience with FCA rules and developing policies and procedures and so on.

4. Crypto.com—Head of Complaints

The role will be responsible for customer complaints function, governing the process and ensuring the lifecycle of complaints management by conducting root-cause analysis to assess gaps in the customer service and submit suggestions to Heads of units.

5. Airwallex—KYC Onboarding Operations Lead

Airwallex is a global payments Fintech company transforming the way businesses move and manage money globally. They’re looking for smart, collaborative and passionate people who are looking to make a genuine impact.

The role will be responsible for helping lead out analysts & senior analysts who are one of the first points of contact for new potential customers, assisting them with their applications in order to open an Airwallex account.

6. Rapyd—Global Head of Channel Partnerships

7. TOYGA—Head Of Content

An exciting opportunity opened to join a multinational group in the Fintech industry, and take charge of all multilingual content being produced and published on the group’s websites, apps and products.

This is a strategic role with influence on internal processes and external materials that will represent and reflect on the group as a whole. The Head Of Content will be responsible for overarching responsibility to all content written and published through the group’s products and websites, managing a team of content freelancers in various verticals of expertise and so on.
