French Financial Regulator Updates Warning List with Three Unlicensed Entities Blocked
On March 12, 2025, the French Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) updated its forex warning list, with three brokers blacklisted.
These Forex brokers were flagged by the financial watchdog since they did not register with the AMF while providing financial services to the local investors.
The regulartor warned that the companies were “blacklisted by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF),” because they offered “financial services or products without being authorized.”
Without supervision from the regulator, funds of financial consumers are not protected by the laws, posing significant risks to them.
If you find yourself dealing with a broker warned by financial regulators, be careful, you may lose your money.
