Exness Hires Kirill Ermakov as Its New Chief Security Officer

Retail FX and CFDs broker Exness has hired Kirill Ermakov as the company's new Chief Security Officer, effective November 1, 2021. In his new role, Ermakov will leverage his industry experience to oversee the security of the company's systems and related tasks.

As seen on his LinkedIn profile, Ermakov joins Exness from payments company Qiwi, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. He had been employed in the firm for over 8 years. Prior to Qiwi, he worked as Senior Information Security Specialist at Positive Technologies.

Ermakov is a graduate of Russian Technological University with a master's degree in Mathematics, Information Security and Cryptograpy.

Exness reported a total trading volume of $947 billion in September, which is up by 7.7 percent compared to the previous month's trading volume of $879 billion. For the first three quarters of 2021, Exness averaged $834 billion in monthly client volumes, up by 48 percent over 2020's $565 billion.
