This is a new role reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer/MLRO (SMF 16/17), to manage the design and oversight of the end to end financial crime framework for a fast-paced, dynamic trading and investing company. The role will also include the management of a wider team, including the financial crime surveillance team.

The candidate must have 10+ years' experience of financial crime compliance, high level of familiarity with UK regulation and regulatory framework, ability to manage a range of senior stakeholders and so on.
