In FX and CFD industry, Capital.com, IG Group, eToro and other companies have announced hiring plans this week. Let us look at what jobs they’re offering and what are the requirements.
1. Capital.com—Head Of Compliance
Capital.com is on a mission to make the world of finance more accessible, engaging, and useful. They are a Fintech company with a difference, they use innovative technology to develop the most easy-to-use and transparent financial trading platform on the market.
The company is currently looking for a Head of Compliance to join their team and help spread their message. The role will be responsible for the set up of Asian legal and compliance department, point of contact for Asian compliance, legal, AML, and regulation and so on.
2. IG Group—Head of Financial Crime Compliance
This is a new role reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, to manage the design and oversight of the end to end financial crime framework for a fast-paced, dynamic trading and investing company. The role will also include the management of a wider team, including the financial crime surveillance team.
The candidate must have 10+ years’ experience of financial crime compliance, high level of familiarity with UK regulation and regulatory framework, ability to manage a range of senior stakeholders and so on.
3. Revolut—Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for future enterprise customers of Revolut. You will be naturally curious, and speak to prospective and existing customers daily to understand their needs and solve challenges for them using the Revolut enterprise product suite. BDRs work directly with Enterprise Sales Managers, targeting the biggest accounts to identify opportunities.
You will conduct outreach via telephone, email and social, and work with Sales Managers to drive deals through the funnel. You will be a product expert, and focus on uncovering new opportunities by educating prospects on the benefits of Revolut.
4. eToro—US Head of PR & Communications
eToro is the world’s leading social trading network, providing millions of users from around the world a one-stop-shop solution for their trading and investing needs. Since 2007, eToro has positioned itself as a Fintech leader, pioneering revolutionary practices such as social trading, blockchain, and machine-learning-based investment products.
Based in the U.S. and reporting to the Global Head of PR & Communications, the U.S. Head of PR & Communications will be responsible for leading the PR strategy for eToro in the United States with the support of a PR agency. They will also be required to support the wider business on communications topics including working with the Marketing, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Investment Office and Customer Service teams.
5. Devexperts—VP of OTC Product
Devexperts services mainly consist of set-up and customization of multi-asset trading platform – DXtrade. It comes in several different configurations for serving customers in different Capital Markets niches.
Devexperts is looking for a Product Manager for DXtrade-OTC configuration intended for business automation process for Brokers providing trading services for OTC products – FX, CFDs, SB, FXOptions, etc. Primary markets for platform distribution are Europe, Israel, APAC region, and US.
6. Ebury—Senior FX Sales Executive
Ebury is a Global FinTech, they apply new technologies to enhance and automate financial services and processes. This allows small and medium-sized businesses to trade and transact internationally by eliminating boundaries related to more traditional procedures.
As a Senior FX Sales Executive, you will have the responsibility for promoting the growth of Ebury. You will do this through independent research and campaigns.
7. Mollie—Head of Customer Operations - Maastricht
Mollie is a market leader in online payments, loved by over 120,000 businesses across Europe. Their business is growing fast and they completed in 2020 a Series B investment round to further fuel their growth.
The Head of Customer Operations will Report to the VP of Customer Operations, you will lead all of the operations teams at their Operations site in Maastricht. You will be responsible for the strategy and operational performance of all teams on the site which will include numerous teams and functions focussing on support operations.
