OANDA, a global leader in online multi-asset trading services, currency data and analytics, recently announced the appointment of Karl Roessner to its Board of Directors as a non-executive director.
Mr Roessner brings with a career history of leading growth and transformation, strategic turnaround, acquisitions, and integrations. Prior to joining OANDA, he has been serving as CEO of Lefteris Acquisition Corp since August 2020.
Before this role, Mr Roessner has worked at E*TRADE, where he spent for more than a decade. He hold a number of executive positions including CEO, Senior Advisor, and EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary.
As seen on his Linkedin profile, Mr Roessner's career began at Rogers & Wells, a New-York based international law firm. He left the company after spending over 8 years. Over the course of his career, Mr Roessner has also worked at Clifford Chance where he spent for more than 9 years.
