Trading conditions are good. It seems that they have now cancelled the $200 deposit requirement and reduced it to $1 or less.

The worst broker ever. The price is so bad and volatile that I can no longer use EA. The spreads is also terrible. For Peppertsone, I have nothing to say. I recommend all EA users to consider other brokers, because this broker is rapidly going downhill.

I've been with Pepperstone for about 8 years, and I'm very happy with them. Their customer service has always been responsive and the execution speed is amazing! Their spreads are tighter than other brokers during news events. It is a reliable broker I like the best. Definitely at the top of my list to reccomend.

I have traded with Pepperstone since 2014, but recently I left. The price surging, it is less stable as this on other broker platforms, and its customer service has become so terrible. I can not stand it any more.

ANSWER Pepperstone is a No Dealing Desk (NDD) broker with a Straight Through Processing (STP) execution model. While Pepperstone could be considered as an ECN broker in many regards, it is not necessarily a true ECN broker.We also checked its official website for the direct answer. It is not a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) and thus is not allowed to accept US customers.However, Pepperstone is licensed and regulated by many other regulators, such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in Australia, and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the UAE. I tried different brokers, but Pepperstone is the best one i found. It's a broker that don't play against you and the customer service is very helpful.Very saisfied of them, i never will change broker.

I haven't had any problem with Pepperstone, the customer service is excellent sometimes the spreads are wide when one session closes before the other session opening, but that is normal with all brokers..
