Great Broker! INFINOX offers amazing trading conditions, very low tight spreads, cheap commission costs, high amounts of leverage, quick withdrawal times and great customer service. I love this broker.

It was the second week since I applied for a withdrawal. Every time they just said that the amount is too large, it has not been processed yet, or the accountant has not gone to work, or has been off work. Theyt have not given me a clear reply and has not said when to deal with my withdrawl. That's so awful.

If you are looking for a reliable broker, please avoid them at all cost. Their customer support is dreadful and spreads are awful in my opinion. I have had awful experience with infinox and I urge no body to use them.

After using it for several months, I found a lot of minor problems. The customer service is not good enough. No reply for my inquiry emails. Poor service compared to other brokers. Disappointed with the amount time they take to respond.
