I submitted a withdrawal request two months ago and have been consistently following up with both the salesperson and the floor manager at Skyline, but no response. and also i added a Ticket #808 dated 14/05 and Ticket #829 dated 23/05 on skyline portal both of which remain open and completely ignored. Frankly, the lack of response and accountability is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. . I expect immediate action and a clear update on the status of my request.
