    Varliant FX, operated by Varliant Trading Signals, INC., claims to be registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), United Kingdom Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and the Secretary of State Washington. However, none of the agencies mentioned on its website is a forex regulator. So having registration with them does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. 

    We searched the forex regulators in the USA - the National Futures Association (NFA), but found no matching results. That means Varliant FX is not regulated in the USA.

    Moreover, we searched the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), and only found a warining against this broker. UK FCA warned that Varliant FX is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

    The truth is that Varliant FX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
