The company should consider hiring additional staff to ensure timely service for clients. Currently, it took 24 hours to connect with an agent via chat, which is not ideal. Enhancing the team could greatly improve response times and overall client satisfaction.

He provided excellent service, making the process stress-free and resolving my verification issue quickly.
