I don’t have much time to follow the market, I receive a call from my trainer almost everyday for around 10-20 mins briefing me what’s the best to do right now. Little effort from my side and huge effort from side of UFX... I use them for 8 months right now and honestly haven’t got any problems.

I made a withdrawal from UFXand it took over a week to process. When I contacted customer support they told me that there was a problem with my account and that they needed more information. I provided them with all of the information they requested, but it still took another week for my withdrawal to be processed

I have been defrauded out of most of my life's savings by UFX. I am new to trading and they knew this. They told me what to trade in and exactly how much to invest in every case. They awarded themselves massive commissions such that I was left with no reserves to continue to invest. They called me every day, sometimes twice a day and each time asked that I share the screen with them. Now they are not responding to my requests for help and ignoring all my correspondence.after sending too many refund letters to UFX they told me that I should reply in English language , and when I didn't agree with this they told me exactly (""Darling, I can give you lessons in English. We are the ones who determine the language in which the two parties must communicate, not because we want to, but because you are the one who registered his account with the Arabic department of the company and therefore you must communicate with us in Arabic. If your Arabic is not good, why did you choose the Arabic language for your account and contacted Arabic-speaking trainers!!!!!! We are not obligated to respond to your messages at the time specified by you, but at the time we see fit."")In Fact, it's not the first time they reply in a sarcastic, unethical, and a non-professional way.After Stealing Money they treat their clients as SLAVES.and when I told them to provide me with the conversations done with the company so I can go through their regulator Cysec, they told me that they will not do it and you can't do anything about it . if everything is regulated and they didn't breach the regulations of their regulator , why they are so scared of providing me with those evidences.i am really disappointed with the services I got from UFX , they are thieves THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. JUST FORGET ABOUT YOUR LIFE SAVINGS . I WILL TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM AND I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUT IT.Ps: I have evidence about every single word I said.
