ANSWER Titan FX claims to be owned and operated by two entities: Titan FX Limited regulated by the Financial Service Commission of the Republic of Vanuatu (VFSC) under registration number 40313 and Titan Markets regulated by the Financial Service Commission of Mauritius (FSC) with license number GB20026097.Regarding your question, we did find matching results to these two companies on the abovementioned regulators' websites. But it should be noted that both VFSC and Mauritius FSC provide neither authentication details nor domains of the registered companies for traders to verify, and thus some shady brokers will falsely use the regulatory information of a licensed entity by VFSC or Mauritius FSC. Therefore, what Titan FX claims cannot be fully confirmed. I've been trading with Titan FX for 6 months. I never see such tight spreads (it sometimes becomes 0 pip!) in my 5-year forex trading experience. On top of the great infrastructure, their support is very friendly and helpful. Titan FX is a new broker but their system is just as good as big name brokers while the support is more detailed than them. If you are looking for a new broker with a great platform and service, I would recommend Titan FX!

Their customer service attitude is very good, but every time I consult with a different customer service, although it will be transferred to the customer service that I contacted before, but the efficiency is low. It is recommended to match each customer with a corresponding sales manager or Customer service, easy to contact.
