  • 2022-09-12 BrokersView has Reviewed that The Street Fx is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    The Street Fx claims it has been a prominent member of the forex industry since 5 years ago. However, we checked its domain and found the domain had been created in this year. Where does the 5-year-of-experiences come from? It is a red flag. 

    The Street Fx also claims to be incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. So we searched Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) but found no matching results. Besides, SVG FSA does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Therefore, having the registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

    Moreover, The Street Fx locates in the UK, according to its webpage. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this broker in UK FCA.

    The truth is that The Street Fx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
