ANSWER TD Markets is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) with FSP number 49128.But it should be noted that some shady brokers will falsely use the regulatory information of a licensed broker by FSCA, as this regulator provides neither authentication details nor domains of the registered company for traders to verify. Consequently, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity, TD MARKETS (PTY) LTD, is the one that runs the business under the trading name of TD Markets. We would recommend exercising cauthion when dealing with FSCA-regulated brokers.Regarding your question, it is of certain risk to trade with TD Markets, and we would suggest to choose strongly regulated brokers. ANSWER TD Markets is authorized to provide marketing and intermediary services in respect of the products and services offered by TDM Holdings LLC, a company authorized by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under license number: FSP49128.However, there is something about FSCA that need to be mentioned. FSCA does not provide any details (emails, office address, and website) of its regulated broker. That means we could not confirm this broker is the real regulated one. Overall, it is of certain risk to trade with TD Markets, and we would recommend choosing properly regulated brokers.

Although TD Markets is rated highly by some customers in personal reviews on review websites, there is no information available on the TD Markets homepage or elsewhere about any awards received by them. I doubt whether they're using fake information to attract traders.
