    Smartfxcapitals claims to be regulated by several forex regulators, including: 

     1) "US Financial Services Authority (UFSA)";

     2) "French Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACP)";

     3) the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin); 

     4) the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV); 

     5) FINANSTILSYNET (Danish FSA);

     6) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA).

    Firstly, please be informed that the first two agencies are not forex regulators. The forex regulator in the USA and France are the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States and the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). And we did not find any matching results in NFA or AMF. That means Smartfxcapitals is not regulated in the USA or France. 

    At the same time, we searched BaFin, CNMV, and Danish FSA, but neither found results that matched this broker. In other words. Smartfxcapitals is not regulated by any of the mentioned watchdogs. 

    Moreover, UK FCA issued a warning that Smartfxcapitals is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. 

    The truth is that Smartfxcapitals is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
