  • 2022-09-04 BrokersView has Reviewed that SHANGQUAN is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    SHANGQUAN claims it was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Hong Kong. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2016? It is a red flag here.

    Besides, as forex traders, you should know that all regulated forex brokers in Hong Kong are monitored by the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC). However, we did not find any match results to SHANGQUAN in SFC. The truth is that SHANGQUAN is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
