I had a pretty good experience using plus500, their account verification process is fast and the withdrawal is also considerably quick. I used PayPal as payment method, deposit were made instantly and the withdrawal took 3 days, exactly as their customer support advised. All transactions went very smoothly, without any hassle at all. Their customer support always responded to my queries within 12 hours. The the platform is the only thing that they should improve rapidly, especially the graphs and the indicators.

Better now after 3 years. The withdrawal process was improved a lot or maybe that work better with paypal. Cause normally it took 4 5 day to bank account but with paypal 2 days this time.

I have been working with this broker for several months now. So far there have been no problems, everything is in order, technical support responds quickly and to the point.

Overall, this is a good platform for beginners and I love how they provide free courses as well. I will say that when talking to customer service on the phone it isn't the best. I personally seem to get a lot more progress through email depending on the issue.
