I have been in Infinox for half a year. Their account managers are very professional and patient. They have helped me a lot. Slippage is rare and the spread is very low, and the withdrawal can be received on time, I hope Infinox will get better and better in the new year!

It was the second week since I applied for a withdrawal. Every time they just said that the amount is too large, it has not been processed yet, or the accountant has not gone to work, or has been off work. Theyt have not given me a clear reply and has not said when to deal with my withdrawl. That's so awful.

I have been with the broker for almost two years. They work well so there is nothing to blame. No problems on execution of orders and deduction of money from the account. I think quite a long time so that you can trust them. Worthy of respect!

If you are looking for a reliable broker, please avoid them at all cost. Their customer support is dreadful and spreads are awful in my opinion. I have had awful experience with infinox and I urge no body to use them.

After using it for several months, I found a lot of minor problems. The customer service is not good enough. No reply for my inquiry emails. Poor service compared to other brokers. Disappointed with the amount time they take to respond.
