So we did searching in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC) respectively. However, we did not find any match results to FxWinning in the above two watchdogs' registries. That means FxWinning is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
