While Fintiwall claims to be affiliated with Dynamic Element LLC, which is registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and The Grenadines (SVG FSA), this alleged affiliation appears to exist only on Fintiwall’s website. Our research has found no additional evidence to verify this claim. More concerningly, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Fintiwall for unauthorized solicitation of British investors.

    In essence, Fintiwall is not regulated by any financial authority. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard assets.
