ANSWER Audent Capital appears to be a scam.This company claims to be located in Malta. However, we haven't found any corresponding records in the register of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to support its legitimacy. This is a red flag, raising concerns about the broker's credibility. Futher compounding the concerns, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added Audent Capital to its warning list for the lack of the required authorization.In light of this, Audent Capital is risky. Investors dealing with it may run risk of losing their funds without an effective way to get a refund.
