Alphaforex claims to be authorized and regulated in various jurisdictions while no mentioning which coutry or authority it has authorization and regulation in. It is a red flag here.More improtantly, the Italy regulator Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide forex investments and services. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, Alphaforex is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Alphaforex and trade with licensed brokers.
