I trade with XM, and I like my trading experience here. Maybe one can find certain aspects that can be better, can be improved, even speaking about trading conditions… but what i like the most is their professional service. Always on top of it, consistently good and predictable. Never had any issues with my withdrawals, and that matters the most for me

To be honest, not the greatest trading experience in terms of the fees. I went with a standard account and got many bonuses along the way, which made me happy. Nevertheless, the spreads are too wide in my opinion. On top of that, they charge overnight fees as well.

I’m trading on the mobile app and it’s a real pleasure because it has so many advanced features and modern user interface. I like my experience here and probably ama going to stay here for years.

I choose standard account after I see all difference between accounts. I first wanted to choose ultra low because when I look for swaps it has 2 times less swaps. For example usd/jpy on standard 2 pips on ultra low only 0.9 pips this is a lot of. Swaps too no swaps in ultra low but swaps costs in standard. but one thing most important than all is bonus and in ultra low there is no bonus. This is why I choose standard because promo is in june and you get bonus 100%.

I’ve been with this platform for about a year. The best feature of xm was for sure- trading costs. The ultra low account worked pretty well for my intraday trading. Can’t say anything about other processes. MT5 platform, usual speed of the payments, acceptable, but not something to talk about.

I have been using the platform for 8 months and it’s been very cost effective and easy to use which has made me loyal. The customer service was a bit slow though and the MT5 for mobile is a bit limited so i prefer the webtrader version

It's been 3 months and I would say it’s yea for me with this platform and I’m happy I gave it a chance as the withdrawals are very fast and it’s also very comfortable to trade in. The customer support have little information to give.

I’m quite a loyal user of this broker’s service. Trading is okay there. No problems with major services, like payment and order execution. The speed was decent. It was convenient to make analysis on proven Metatrader5 and then open trades in the xm custom app. Still, it works for me.

The withdrawal process was very easy to perform and fast to get my money into my bank account. However, as for trading conditions - mid. With a standard account spreads are floating and not really consistently low. They are wide during high volatility sessions.
