Unfortunately, Vantage has fallen well below that line.Between 18th and 20th March 2025, the platform experienced a major system failure, leaving clients unable to access or manage live positions during peak market hours. This outage resulted in significant financial damage and exposed critical weaknesses in Vantage's infrastructure and crisis management protocols.Even more concerning is the lack of accountability since the incident. Weeks later, there has been no transparent explanation, no offer of restitution, and no meaningful communication from the firm.Until Vantage addresses this breach of trust, we strongly advise traders and institutions to reassess any engagement with the platform. Reliability and client protection are non-negotiable—Vantage has failed on both fronts.

Vantage Markets delivers a superior trading experience with tight spreads, advanced trading tools, and a highly intuitive platform. Their excellent customer support and commitment to trader education make them a trusted choice for traders of all levels.

The company should consider hiring additional staff to ensure timely service for clients. Currently, it took 24 hours to connect with an agent via chat, which is not ideal. Enhancing the team could greatly improve response times and overall client satisfaction.

They help you with your requests and they don't leave a single ticket unresolved. The customer support is great!
