  • 2024-04-28 BrokersView has reviewed that VALEFINANCE is an unregulated broker

VALEFINANCE purports to be managed by Valfinance.org LTD, a company that allegedly holds the company number 12536517. However, an inconsistency arises when the "CERTIFICATION" button directs visitors to a specific page displaying the Companies House (CH) certificate, which bears the name "COINEXX LTD". This discrepancy raises a red flag. Even if the certificate is linked to VALEFINANCE, the broker would still be considered illegal, as mere registration with the CH does not imply authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. This is an important distinction to note.

The FCA has red-flagged VALEFINANCE as an unauthorized firm in the country.

As for its purported authorization from the Financial Conduct Sector Authority (FCSA), it is also baseless.

Given all the negative evidence, it's clear that its claim of being a partner with the London Stock Exchange is, without a doubt, false.

In essence, VALEFINANCE is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

VALEFINANCE appears to be a scam.
